Natasha is one of my dear friends who two years ago was diagnosed with breast cancer. . . just after our photo session. She has fought hard and is still in the midst of her treatments. I love her sweet family who always make me smile. S with her darling smile and E with his "chanler bing" smile and sweet R who has grown up so much in the past couple of years.

I found out after our session that it was Shawn's birthday! His friends were setting up a surprise party while we were doing photos!

I love when I see cute little families with ones close together. . . it's my daily life as well. Little A was delighted with the fountain water and little H has the most darling smile! Such a precious little duo.

Amy won a family session at a silent raffle and we wanted to wait for a little cooler weather for our session for her and her son. 108 isn't quite cooler--but it was a beautiful night for some fun moments together.

Every time I take pictures there are those moments when the light is just perfect or a smile just wants to make you smile. We caught a few of those moments with this family. C--the oldest is the perfect gentleman. He would stand while I followed after little L, I'd catch an awesome shot of him standing leaning against a tree with a big brother grin. Oh how I love to see families together and the personalities from each one.

princess R just turned one. . . she's even more darling than her 3 month and 6 month and 9 month photos--and her brothers are so much fun! This time we got their lovely Mom and awesome Dad in the session!
